Sephora People Operations Officer

- Support the People Operations Manager in executing HR processes and systems efficiently.
- Deliver high-quality administrative and operational support throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare, manage, and record employment-related documents, including offer letters and contracts.
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth employee transitions.
- Enter and update data in Sephora and LVMH HR systems, ensuring data replication across platforms.
- Generate HR metrics reports and assist in enhancing HR system tools.
- Identify and suggest improvements to streamline HR operations.
- Collaborate with the People team to implement HR best practices.
- Contribute to payroll inputs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Address employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and leave management.
- Support benefits administration, including enrollments and claims.
- Act as a first point of contact for employees on HR operational matters.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Support audits by preparing necessary documentation and records.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience in an international organization.
- Familiarity with HR systems and software, including HRIS and payroll systems.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and labor laws.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proficiency in managing data and meeting tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a result-oriented approach.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources within an international organization is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent working experience.
