Responsibilities
- Support the People Operations Manager in executing HR processes and systems efficiently.
- Deliver high-quality administrative and operational support across the employee lifecycle.
- Maintain and update employee records and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare, manage, and record employment-related documents, including offer letters and contracts.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for smooth employee transitions.
- Enter and update data in HR systems, including HRIS and payroll systems.
- Generate reports for HR metrics and analysis.
- Assist in enhancing and troubleshooting HR system tools and processes.
- Identify and suggest improvements to streamline HR operations.
- Collaborate with the People team to implement best practices in HR operations.
- Contribute to payroll inputs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Address employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and leave management.
- Support benefits administration, including enrollments and claims.
- Act as a first point of contact for employees on HR operational matters.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Support audits by preparing necessary documentation and records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent working experience.
Skills
- Familiarity with HR systems and software.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and labor laws.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Ability to manage data effectively.
- Ability to work closely and successfully with others.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments/projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Excellent authentic communication and influencing skills.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR in an international organization.
