Sephora People Operations Manager

- Oversee the daily operations of the People department, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Manage employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Define and oversee onboarding and offboarding processes from an administrative perspective.
- Manage contracts, offer letters, and employment documentation.
- Ensure smooth transitions during employee status changes such as promotions and transfers.
- Enhance and maintain HR systems, including HRIS and payroll systems.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures, conducting internal audits.
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including policy enhancements and enrollments.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, monitoring changes and implementing necessary updates.
- Manage and develop the People Operations team, providing guidance and training.
- Act as a liaison between HR and other departments, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
- Partner with HR leadership to support strategic initiatives.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR operational matters.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent working experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR within an international organization.
- High sense of confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
- Ability to manage data and deliver HR process improvement actions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively to deliver results.
- Capacity to handle multiple assignments/projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a result-oriented approach.
- Excellent authentic communication and influencing skills.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR within an international organization.
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent working experience.
