People Operations Manager

1. Oversee the daily operations of the People department
2. Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
3. Define and oversee onboarding and offboarding processes
4. Manage contracts, offer letters, and employment documentation
5. Ensure smooth transitions during employee status changes
6. Enhance and maintain HR systems, ensuring data accuracy
7. Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement
8. Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures
9. Oversee payroll processing and manage employee benefits programs
10. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
11. Manage and develop the People Operations team
12. Act as a liaison between HR provider and other departments
13. Partner with HR leadership to support strategic initiatives

1. Master’s degree in human resources, Business, or equivalent working experience

1. High sense of confidentiality
2. Ability to manage data
3. Experience with delivering HR process improvement actions
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
5. Ability to handle multiple assignments/projects simultaneously
6. Self-motivated and proactive
7. Excellent communication and influencing skills

Minimum 5 years of experience in HR in an international organization.
