- Oversee the daily operations of the People department
- Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Define and oversee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage contracts, offer letters, and employment documentation
- Ensure smooth transitions during employee status changes
- Enhance and maintain HR systems, ensuring data accuracy
- Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Oversee payroll processing and manage employee benefits programs
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Manage and develop the People Operations team
- Act as a liaison between HR provider and other departments
- Partner with HR leadership to support strategic initiatives
- Master’s degree in human resources, Business, or equivalent working experience
- High sense of confidentiality
- Ability to manage data
- Experience with delivering HR process improvement actions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple assignments/projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR in an international organization.
