People Development Manager

1. Develop, execute, and analyze operations of People Development across all Sephora store formats.
2. Lead planning, execution, and optimization of critical business programs and new initiatives.
3. Develop and maintain operational procedures, processes, and training materials.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support end-to-end project management.
5. Act as a liaison between business groups and retail to ensure procedural updates align with program goals.
6. Manage cross-functional partnerships to ensure alignment and effective communication.
7. Provide support to team members and peers in various areas of responsibility.
8. Contribute to key initiatives including Foundational Training, Training Store Manager Program, and Holiday Programming.

1. 5-7 years of experience in retail operations, project management, or training environment.
2. Passionate about creating best-in-class experiences for clients, employees, and brands.
3. Experienced in navigating matrix organizations and fostering collaborative partnerships.

1. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office.
2. Preferred experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet and Box.

5-7 years of experience in retail operations, project management, or training environment.

The annual base salary range for this position is $96,390.00 - $128,250.00. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
