Sephora People Development Manager

- Serve as the subject matter expert for People Development across all Sephora store formats.
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of critical business programs and new initiatives.
- Develop and maintain operational procedures, processes, and training materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support end-to-end project management and overarching strategies.
- Act as a liaison between business groups and retail to ensure procedural updates align with program goals.
- Manage cross-functional partnerships to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Provide support to team members and peers in various areas of responsibility.
- Contribute to key initiatives including Foundational Training, Training Store Manager Program, and Holiday Programming.
- 5-7 years of experience in retail operations, project management, or a training environment.
- Passion for creating best-in-class experiences through innovative programming.
- Experience in navigating matrix organizations and fostering collaborative partnerships.
- Commitment to aligning program efforts with strategic goals.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools such as Smartsheet and Box.
- Strategic vision and agility in managing ambiguity.
- Resilience and ability to collaborate effectively.
- Drive for results and appreciation for unique differences.
- Ability to help others grow.
5-7 years of experience in retail operations, project management, or a training environment.
The annual base salary range for this position is $96,390.00 - $128,250.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
