Sephora Payroll Officer

- Accurately process fortnightly payroll for permanent, contracted, and casual staff across Australia.
- Serve as the primary contact for payroll queries and report requests.
- Support the establishment and operation of outsourced payroll functions in New Zealand.
- Lead efficiency projects locally and regionally.
- Manage leave applications, processing, accrual, and reporting through the payroll system.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations for Superannuation, Workers Compensation, and Payroll Tax.
- Collaborate with HR and Retail Operations to apply the Enterprise Agreement accurately to staff rosters.
- Educate HR and Finance teams on legislative changes affecting payroll.
- Maintain and optimize Payroll/HR systems and LVMH systems.
- Support compensation and benefits initiatives with HR and regional teams.
- Conduct regular reporting and monitoring, including statutory reporting and timely payments.
- Coordinate Workers Compensation requirements and assist with visa applications and immigration reporting.
- Collaborate with auditors for payroll process audits.
- Minimum of 3 years full-function payroll experience for 750+ staff.
- Experience with Ceridian/Dayforce and Success Factors is advantageous.
- Proficiency in processing Workers Compensation claims.
- Familiarity with payrolls based on EBA or modern awards across all states.
- Exposure to New Zealand payroll requirements is highly advantageous.
- Experience in payroll system upgrades is highly regarded.
- Excellent written and spoken communication.
- Effective stakeholder management.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in payroll software and systems.
At least 3 years of comprehensive payroll experience managing a diverse workforce of over 750 employees.
