1. Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll in compliance with local legislation.
2. Maintain and update HR databases to ensure data integrity.
3. Collaborate with Finance and HR departments to align payroll data with internal processes.
4. Prepare monthly reports and payroll-related metrics such as headcount, turnover, and absenteeism.
5. Support audits and ensure data compliance with GDPR and internal policies.
6. Identify areas for improvement in payroll and HR data management processes.

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll or HR administration/data roles.
2. Strong knowledge of payroll systems and local labor/tax legislation.
3. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

1. Proficiency in MS Excel.
2. Experience with HRIS or SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
3. High attention to detail and confidentiality.
4. Strong organizational skills.

Minimum of 3 years in a relevant role.
