1. Ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback

4. Adhere to operational routines

6. Develop product categories
7. Monitor retail key figures such as MS, IPT, AVB, CR
8. Conduct scheduled inventory checks
9. Support beauty classes and services
10. Maintain visual merchandising standards
11. Ensure sales floor is fully stocked and products are prepared for sale
12. Clean and organize sales floor and products
13. Assist with merchandising updates and inventory
14. Operate cash register and handle transactions
15. Perform additional tasks related to daily operations

1. Fluent in English or German
2. Comparable experience or interest in beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or gastronomy
3. First experience in retail and customer service

Beginner level experience in retail or customer service is required.
