- Manage and optimize paid social campaigns daily to achieve ambitious ROAS and revenue targets.
- Support the Performance Marketing Manager in managing monthly budgets and recommend budget allocation across platforms and campaigns.
- Produce detailed weekly and monthly reports, analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Trade, Category Management, CRM, and Brand to ensure campaign alignment.
- Conduct A/B tests across ad creative, landing pages, and targeting parameters to improve performance and conversion.
- Manage audience segmentation, ad copy creation, and bidding strategies to maximize campaign results.
- Stay ahead of paid social trends, new formats, and best practices, sharing learnings across the wider team.
- Work closely with platform partners to leverage new opportunities, beta programs, and support resources.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a paid social or performance marketing role, either in-house or agency side.
- Proven experience managing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest, with additional knowledge of Reddit and Snapchat preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a paid social or performance marketing role.
A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
