1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products and services.
2. Perform customized beauty services, including makeup application and skincare treatments, while adhering to health and hygiene standards.

4. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, new products, and brand launches at Sephora.
5. Deliver exceptional client service by creating a welcoming and inclusive environment, and manage bookings and rebookings of beauty services.
6. Participate in sales and promotional events, driving customer engagement and contributing to the store's sales goals.

1. 1-3 years of prior experience in retail sales or services.
2. Knowledge of trending beauty products.
3. Passion for client service and selling.
4. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
5. Consistent and reliable attendance.
6. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

The compensation ranges between CAD$20.20 - CAD$23.20 per hour, with potential performance-based bonus opportunities.
