1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to understand clients' beauty goals and recommend suitable products and services.
2. Perform customized beauty services, including makeup application and skincare treatments, while adhering to health and hygiene standards.
3. Demonstrate expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines.
4. Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, new products, and brand launches at Sephora.
5. Deliver exceptional client service by creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients and handling bookings and rebooking of beauty services.
6. Participate in sales and promotional events to drive customer engagement and contribute to the store's sales goals.

1. 1-3 years' prior experience in retail sales or services.

1. Knowledge about trending beauty products.
2. Passion for client service and selling.
3. Strong communication skills.
4. Ability to multitask.
5. Consistent and reliable attendance.
6. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years' prior experience in retail sales or services is required.

The compensation ranges between CAD$18.00 - CAD$20.60/hr. Additionally, there may be eligibility for performance-based bonus opportunities.
