1. Manage and optimize paid search and display campaigns to achieve ROAS and revenue targets.
2. Support the Performance Marketing Manager in budget planning and allocation across platforms.
3. Produce detailed weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment.
5. Conduct A/B tests on ad creative, landing pages, and targeting.
6. Perform keyword research and refine audience targeting.
7. Partner with digital platforms to test new features and stay updated on trends.
8. Communicate test results and performance updates to stakeholders.

1. Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and SA360.
2. Experience with display platforms such as Criteo and RTB House.
3. Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Confident communication and stakeholder management abilities.
6. Passion for digital marketing and the beauty industry.

Hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid search and display campaigns with a proven track record of achieving ambitious ROAS and revenue goals.
