Sephora Outbound Manager

- Supervise all outbound operations within and outside the distribution center, ensuring efficient and accurate fulfillment of Retail and e-commerce orders.
- Lead a team of associates, manage workflows, maintain quality control, and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.
- Develop and implement specific strategies for Retail and E-Commerce aligned with overall marketing and sales objectives, including planning campaigns for product launches, seasonal promotions, and recovery initiatives.
- Manage daily outbound operations for Retail and E-Commerce shipments, coordinating with third-party logistics providers.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing and dispatch of orders for sales channels, overseeing e-commerce order preparation to guarantee correct item and quantity selection per order.
- Ensure timely delivery of e-commerce orders, minimizing the time from order placement to customer delivery, and reducing returns with parcel service providers.
- Optimize transportation costs for Retail, E-Commerce, and Omnichannel channels.
- Negotiate with direct suppliers.
- Identify areas for improvement in safety, quality, service, and productivity.
- Implement and optimize operational processes and workflows.
- Review and resolve any issues related to pending, uncontrollable, or undeliverable orders.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in outbound operations management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing strategic plans.
- Excellent negotiation and supplier management abilities.
- Ability to optimize operational processes and workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
