- Oversee all operational aspects of a specific Sephora store, ensuring excellence in execution and adherence to corporate standards.
- Manage the operations team, including staffing, stock management, and overall store operations.
- Coordinate shipping, receiving, merchandise returns, and inventory counts, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and timelines.
- Supervise visual merchandising to align with corporate standards.
- Oversee internal and third-party cleaning teams, providing feedback and escalating issues as necessary.
- Manage supply processes to maintain budget and appropriate levels of store supplies, testers, and samples.
- Participate in performance management and development within the operations team, providing timely feedback and follow-up.
- Act as the manager on duty, collaborating with beauty advisors and engaging with customers on the sales floor.
- Develop budget strategies, demonstrating expertise in store revenue, staffing, payroll processes, and controllable expenses.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within a comparable sales volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
- Excellent store operations skills.
- Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
