5. Oversee internal and third-party cleaning teams, providing feedback and escalating issues as necessary.
6. Manage supply processes to maintain budget and appropriate levels of store supplies, testers, and samples.
7. Participate in performance management and development within the operations team, providing timely feedback and follow-up.
8. Act as the manager on duty, collaborating with beauty advisors and engaging with customers on the sales floor.
9. Develop budget strategies, demonstrating expertise in store revenue, staffing, payroll processes, and controllable expenses.

1. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within a comparable sales volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
2. Excellent store operations skills.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
