4. Manage store inventory, including shipping, receiving, returns, and periodic counts.
5. Oversee visual merchandising to align with corporate standards.
6. Manage internal and third-party cleaning teams, providing feedback and guidance.
7. Handle supply management to maintain budget and store requirements.
8. Participate in performance management and provide timely feedback for team improvement.
9. Act as a manager on duty, collaborating with beauty advisors and clients.
10. Develop budget strategies and manage store revenue, staffing, and payroll processes.

1. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within a comparable sales volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
2. Excellent store operations skills.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail operations or a similar field.
