Sephora Operations Supervisor

- Supervise, train, and coach Beauty Advisors Operations and store staff on stock organisation, safety procedures, and inventory management.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and create personalised development plans for team members.
- Oversee accurate inventory control and manage stock replenishment to ensure product availability.
- Monitor loss prevention protocols and conduct regular stock audits.
- Optimise stockroom procedures and assess operational processes for improvement.
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure product availability and meet customer demand.
- Maintain an organised stockroom layout and uphold health and safety standards.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide expert advice.
- Support the setup of new stores by participating in unboxing deliveries and stocking shelves.
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role within the retail industry.
- In-depth knowledge of stock management and operational efficiency.
- Experience with stock management software and proficient computer skills.
- Strong ability to analyse store performance and drive sales.
- Knowledge and experience in handling employee relations issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons.
Proven experience in a leadership or management role within the retail industry, with a focus on stock management and operational efficiency.
