1. Supervise, train, and coach Beauty Advisors Operations and store staff on stock organisation, safety procedures, and inventory management.
2. Conduct regular performance evaluations and create personalised development plans for team members.

4. Oversee accurate inventory control and manage stock replenishment to ensure product availability.
5. Monitor loss prevention protocols and conduct regular stock audits.

7. Assist customers with product inquiries and support new store opening procedures.

1. Proven leadership or management experience within the retail industry.
2. In-depth knowledge of stock management and operational efficiency.
3. Proficiency with stock management software and computer skills for tracking data.
4. Strong analytical skills to drive sales and meet financial targets.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Experience in handling employee relations issues.
7. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
8. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons.

Proven experience in a leadership or management role within the retail industry, particularly in stock management and operational efficiency.
