- Supervise, train, and coach Beauty Advisors Operations and store staff on stock organisation, safety procedures, and inventory management.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and create personalised development plans for team members.

Proven experience in a leadership or management role within the retail industry, particularly in stock management and operational efficiency.
