1. Supervise, train, and coach Beauty Advisors Operations and store staff on stock organisation, safety procedures, and inventory management.
2. Conduct regular performance evaluations and create personalised development plans for team members.

4. Support senior store management in handling employee relations issues, including lateness and performance concerns.

8. Collaborate with the store team to ensure product availability and meet customer demand.
9. Maintain an organised stockroom layout and uphold health and safety standards.
10. Assist customers with product inquiries and provide expert advice.

1. Proven experience in a leadership or management role within the retail industry.
2. In-depth knowledge of stock management and operational efficiency.
3. Experience with stock management software and proficient computer skills.
