- Supervise, train, and coach Beauty Advisors Operations and store staff on stock organisation, safety procedures, and inventory management.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and create personalised development plans for team members.

- Support senior store management in handling employee relations issues, including lateness and performance concerns.

- In-depth knowledge of stock management and operational efficiency.
- Experience with stock management software and proficient computer skills.
