1. Supervise, train, and coach Beauty Advisors Operations and store staff on stock organization, safety procedures, and inventory management.
2. Conduct regular performance evaluations and create personalized development plans for team members.
3. Oversee accurate inventory control and manage stock replenishment to ensure product availability.
4. Monitor loss prevention protocols and conduct regular stock audits.
5. Optimize stockroom procedures and collaborate with the store team to ensure product availability.
6. Assist in new store opening procedures, including unboxing deliveries and stocking shelves.

1. Proven experience in a leadership or management role within the retail industry.
2. In-depth knowledge of stock management and operational efficiency.
3. Experience with stock management software and proficient computer skills.
