1. Supervise, train, and coach Beauty Advisors Operations and store staff on stock organisation, safety procedures, and inventory management.
2. Conduct regular performance evaluations and create personalised development plans for team members.
3. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, supporting senior management in employee relations issues.
4. Oversee inventory control, ensuring stock levels are maintained and product organisation is optimised.
5. Receive, inspect, and process incoming deliveries, ensuring quality standards are met.
6. Manage stock replenishment and monitor loss prevention protocols.
7. Optimise stockroom procedures and collaborate with the store team to meet customer demand.
8. Assist in new store opening procedures, ensuring smooth merchandise transition.

1. Proven experience in a leadership or management role within the retail industry.
2. In-depth knowledge of stock management and operational efficiency.
3. Experience with stock management software and proficient computer skills.
4. Strong analytical skills to drive sales and meet financial targets.
