Sephora Operations Supervisor

- Supervise, train, and coach Beauty Advisors Operations and store staff on stock organisation, safety procedures, and inventory management.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and create personalised development plans for team members.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, supporting senior management in employee relations issues.
- Oversee inventory control, ensuring stock levels are maintained and product organisation is optimised.
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming deliveries, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Manage stock replenishment and monitor loss prevention protocols.
- Optimise stockroom procedures and collaborate with the store team to meet customer demand.
- Assist in new store opening procedures, ensuring smooth merchandise transition.
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role within the retail industry.
- In-depth knowledge of stock management and operational efficiency.
- Experience with stock management software and proficient computer skills.
- Strong analytical skills to drive sales and meet financial targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
