Sephora Operations Supervisor

- Oversee day-to-day operations within the Distribution Center, ensuring timely execution and adherence to productivity, quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.
- Spend approximately 75% of time on the operational floor to inspire, engage, and provide performance feedback to associates.
- Identify and prioritize tasks to meet daily business goals and facilitate smooth transitions between shifts.
- Directly supervise a team of skilled employees, including temporary agency staff, to achieve critical operational objectives.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and service.
- Collaborate with leadership to resolve issues and influence change.
- Administer company policies and guidelines fairly to manage performance and behavioral concerns.
- Drive safety strategies and ensure a safe working environment.
- Promote Sephora's values and engagement strategies among team members.
- 3-5 years of experience in a high-tech distribution center operations role.
- At least 2 years of leadership experience.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Flexible availability for various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

The annual base salary range for this position is $73,100.00 - $81,700.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
