1. Oversee day-to-day operations within the Distribution Center, ensuring timely execution and adherence to productivity, quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.
2. Spend approximately 75% of time on the operational floor to inspire, engage, and provide performance feedback to associates.
3. Identify and prioritize tasks to meet daily business goals and facilitate smooth transitions between shifts.
4. Directly supervise a team of skilled employees, including temporary agency staff, to achieve critical operational objectives.
5. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and service.
6. Collaborate with leadership to resolve issues and influence change.
7. Administer company policies and guidelines fairly to manage performance and behavioral concerns.
8. Drive safety strategies and ensure a safe working environment.
9. Promote Sephora's values and engagement strategies among team members.

1. 3-5 years of experience in a high-tech distribution center operations role.
2. At least 2 years of leadership experience.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
4. Flexible availability for various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

The annual base salary range for this position is $73,100.00 - $81,700.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
