1. Oversee daily operations within the Inbound department of the Distribution Center, ensuring timely and efficient workflow.
2. Spend 75% of time on the operational floor, engaging with and coaching associates to enhance performance.
3. Identify and prioritize tasks to meet daily business objectives and facilitate smooth transitions between shifts.
4. Directly supervise a team, including temporary agency employees, to achieve productivity and quality goals.
5. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and service.
6. Administer policies and provide consistent feedback to associates on performance and behavior.
7. Promote a safe working environment by driving safety strategies and accountability.

1. 3-5 years of experience in a high-tech distribution center operations role.
2. At least 2 years of experience in a leadership position.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
4. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Annual base salary range of $73,100.00 - $81,700.00, with potential for bonuses.
