1. Lead store operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards.
2. Oversee inventory management, including shipping, receiving, and returns.
3. Manage visual merchandising and ensure compliance with company standards.
4. Supervise supply management, maintaining budgets and stock levels.
5. Participate in performance management and provide feedback to the operations team.
6. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and staff on the sales floor.
7. Develop budget strategies and manage store financial performance.

1. 2-4 years of management experience in an operations-based role or equivalent internal experience.

1. Strong leadership and team management skills.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
3. Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.
4. Ability to maintain composure and handle challenging situations.
5. Capability to identify and develop in-store talent.

2-4 years of management experience in an operations-based role or equivalent internal experience.

Compensation ranges between CAD$54,800.00 - CAD$68,500.00, with potential performance-based bonuses.
