1. Oversee all operational aspects of a specific Sephora store, ensuring alignment with corporate standards.

7. Maintain appropriate budget and supply levels for store testers and samples.
8. Participate in performance management for the operations team, providing timely feedback and follow-up.
9. Act as a service manager, engaging with beauty advisors and customers on the sales floor.
10. Develop budget strategies, demonstrating expertise in sales performance, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses.

1. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
2. Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
3. Strong store management skills.
4. Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
