- Oversee all aspects of day-to-day store operations, ensuring adherence to Sephora’s policies and procedures.
- Drive operational efficiency through high standards of cleanliness, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Strategically manage stockroom organization to optimize layout and workflow.
- Lead and monitor delivery processes to meet productivity and timing objectives.
- Direct cash desk operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with security protocols.
- Implement cash management procedures, including auditing and resolving discrepancies.
- Ensure optimal stock levels to prevent shortages and leverage inventory management for revenue growth.
- Enforce compliance protocols, including cash handling and transaction policies.
- Promote good housekeeping practices and minimize workplace hazards.
- Lead operational and cash desk teams, providing training on KPIs and best practices.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and promote continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Store Director and Customer Experience Manager on employee relations and operational resource allocation.
- Support team members in resolving challenging situations to ensure high client satisfaction.
- Create synergy between shop floor and back-of-house teams to enhance operational efficiency.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations management.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Extensive knowledge of retail operations, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with conflict resolution abilities.
- Familiarity with digital tools for operational efficiency.
- Analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
A minimum of 5 years in a retail operations management role is required.
