1. Lead store operations, ensuring all processes are executed according to company standards.
2. Manage inventory, including shipping, receiving, and merchandise returns, while adhering to company guidelines.
3. Oversee visual merchandising to maintain company standards and manage cleaning crews.
4. Handle supply management, ensuring budget adherence and appropriate stock levels of supplies, testers, and samples.
5. Participate in performance management for the operations team, providing timely feedback and development opportunities.
6. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor.
7. Develop budget strategies and demonstrate expertise in store sales performance, staffing, and payroll management.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to attract and develop talented store leaders.
