1. Oversee the efficient day-to-day operations of a shift or department within the Distribution Center.
2. Supervise exempt and non-exempt staff, ensuring adherence to safety and housekeeping standards.
3. Develop and implement strategic and tactical plans to meet operational goals.
4. Promote team collaboration and accountability to achieve performance objectives.
5. Manage the allocation of equipment and labor resources to meet service levels and budget requirements.
6. Collaborate with Maintenance, Asset Protection, Human Resources, Finance, and other key support groups.
7. Analyze quantitative, qualitative, and trend data to enhance productivity.
8. Administer policies and guidelines fairly, counseling associates on performance and behavioral concerns.
9. Lead initiatives in company safety, performance, and compliance with state and OSHA regulations.
10. Foster a people-oriented culture with a strong commitment to employee engagement.

1. Five to ten years of relevant experience in a distribution center environment.
2. Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems such as Blue Yonder, Autostore, or Pouch Packing.
3. Comprehensive understanding of production floor operations including Inbound, Outbound/Shipping, Dotcom, and Inventory Control.
4. Experience in leading large teams and developing exempt leaders.
5. Knowledge of distribution operating systems and logistics activities.

1. Strong analytical abilities and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks against competing priorities.
4. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Five to ten years of experience in a distribution center environment, with a focus on operations management and team leadership.

The annual base salary range for this position is $96,390.00 - $107,730.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
