Sephora Operations Leader

- Lead day-to-day store operations including inventory management, replenishment and order fulfillment to ensure stock accuracy and availability
- Direct visual merchandising and promotional set-ups to uphold brand presentation and drive sales
- Coach, train and develop operations staff on processes, selling behaviours and performance metrics
- Oversee store maintenance and safety protocols to deliver a secure, welcoming shopping environment
- Support frontline teams in delivering exceptional client service and achieving store sales targets
- Manage scheduling, punctuality and attendance expectations; ensure adequate coverage during peak periods (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in retail operations or hospitality
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop front-line teams to meet operational and sales objectives
- Strong attention to detail, organization and problem-solving aptitude
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment and manage time effectively
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds as required
