Sephora Operations Leader

- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, replenishment and order fulfilment to ensure product availability and operational efficiency.
- Lead visual merchandising, promotional set-ups and general store maintenance to uphold Sephora’s brand standards and drive sales.
- Coach, train and develop operations and sales team members on operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics and company initiatives.
- Partner with the store leadership team to support exceptional client experiences and contribute to meeting store sales and service goals.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, loss-prevention procedures, safety standards and punctual attendance requirements; maintain staffing and shift coverage (30–40 hours/week).
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality, with a track record of coaching teams to achieve goals.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Strong attention to detail, effective problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to provide constructive feedback and develop talent.
- Flexible availability for nights, weekends and holiday periods; reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required.

Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality, including supervising teams and managing inventory/operational processes.
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework or certificate in retail management, business or hospitality is a plus.
