1. Oversee inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment to ensure operational standards are met.
2. Lead visual merchandising and promotional events to uphold Sephora's brand and drive sales.
3. Partner with the team to deliver exceptional client service and achieve store goals.
4. Guide and train team members in operational processes, selling behaviors, and performance metrics.
5. Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork, empowering all team members.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies to maintain a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

1. Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality.
2. Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals.
3. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
4. Effective time management and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.

$28.00 - $36.00 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
