Sephora Operations Leader

- Oversee day-to-day store operations including inventory management, replenishment and order fulfillment to ensure product availability and accuracy.
- Lead visual merchandising and promotional setups to maintain brand presentation and drive sales performance.
- Coach, train and develop the operations team on operational processes, selling behaviours, performance metrics and company initiatives.
- Maintain and enforce Sephora’s operational standards and policies to create a safe, compliant and exceptional client experience.
- Partner with store leadership and sales teams to support client service goals and contribute to store KPI achievement.
- Manage scheduling reliability and staffing to meet peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays) and ensure adequate coverage.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality; overall minimum 3 years of relevant retail experience.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop front-line teams to meet business and service objectives.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational aptitude and effective problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to motivate others.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays; dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required.

Minimum 3 years of relevant retail experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity overseeing operations, inventory or merchandising.
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework or certification in retail management, merchandising or a related field preferred.
