1. Oversee inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment to ensure operational standards are met.
2. Lead visual merchandising and promotional events to uphold the Sephora brand and drive sales.
3. Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve store goals.
4. Guide and train team members in operational processes, selling behaviors, and performance metrics.
5. Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork, ensuring a safe and enjoyable shopping experience for all.

1. Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality.
2. Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals.
3. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

$24.00 - $31.00 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
