1. Oversee inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment to ensure operational standards are met.
2. Lead visual merchandising and promotional events to uphold Sephora’s brand image and drive sales.
3. Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional client service and achieve store goals.
4. Guide and train team members, fostering their development in operational processes and company initiatives.

6. Ensure adherence to company policies to create a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

1. Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality.
2. Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals.
3. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

$26.00 - $31.85 per hour, dependent on qualifications, experience, and location.
