1. Oversee inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment to ensure operational standards are met.
2. Lead visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold brand presentation and drive sales.
3. Partner with the team to deliver exceptional client service and contribute to achieving store goals.
4. Guide and train team members in operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives.
5. Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork, ensuring a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
6. Ensure punctuality and consistent attendance, particularly during peak retail operations.

1. Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality.
2. Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals.
3. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
4. Effective time management and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.

Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in retail operations or hospitality.

$22.00 - $29.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
