1. Oversee inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment to ensure operational standards are met.
2. Lead visual merchandising and promotional events to uphold the Sephora brand and drive sales.
3. Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional client service and achieve store goals.
4. Guide and train team members in operational processes, selling behaviors, and company initiatives.
5. Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork, empowering all employees.
6. Ensure adherence to company policies, creating a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

1. Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality.
2. Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals.
3. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

$24.00 - $31.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
