1. Oversee inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment to ensure operational standards are met.
2. Lead visual merchandising and promotional events to uphold the brand's image and drive sales.
3. Partner with the team to deliver exceptional client service and achieve store goals.
4. Guide and train team members, fostering their development in operational processes and company initiatives.

1. Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality.
2. Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals.
3. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
