1. Oversee inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment to ensure operational standards are met.
2. Lead visual merchandising and promotional events to uphold brand standards and drive sales.
3. Partner with the team to deliver exceptional client service and achieve store goals.
4. Guide and train team members in operational processes, selling behaviors, and company initiatives.

6. Ensure adherence to company policies and create a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.

1. Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality.
2. Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams.
3. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
4. Effective time management and prioritization skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

$25.00 - $30.81 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
