1. Oversee the order fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy and excellent service.
2. Manage inventory to ensure a well-stocked store.
3. Supervise store maintenance to ensure a clean and smoothly operating store.
4. Lead the setup and execution of sales events and promotions.
5. Participate in loss prevention efforts to maintain a safe and secure shopping environment.

1. Prior leadership experience, preferably in retail operations.

$23.00 - $28.25/hr. The actual hourly pay offered depends on various factors, including qualifications for the position and relevant experience.

Sephora offers comprehensive healthcare and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility. Sephora also offers a Flex (on demand) position for employees who can work anywhere from 0-19 hours a week, providing flexibility to balance work with other commitments.
