1. Oversee inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment to ensure operational standards are consistently met.
2. Lead visual merchandising and promotional events to maintain brand presentation and drive sales.

4. Guide and train team members, fostering their development in operational processes and company initiatives.

1. Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or a similar field.
2. Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve organizational goals.
3. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

$28.00 - $34.30 per hour, contingent on qualifications and experience.
