Sephora Operations Leader

- Oversee inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment to ensure operational standards are met.
- Lead visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold the brand's image and drive sales.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional client service and achieve store goals.
- Guide and train team members, fostering their development in operational processes, selling behaviors, and company initiatives.
- Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork, empowering all team members.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, creating a safe and enjoyable shopping environment.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or a similar field.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Effective time management and prioritization skills in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.

Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality.
$25.00 - $30.81 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
