1. Oversee inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment to ensure operational standards are met.
2. Lead visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold the brand's image and drive sales.
3. Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional client service and achieve store goals.
4. Guide and train team members, fostering their development in operational processes, selling behaviors, and company initiatives.

1. Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or a similar field.
