1. Oversee inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment to ensure operational standards are met.
2. Lead visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold the brand and drive sales.
3. Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service and achieve store goals.
4. Guide and train team members in operational processes, selling behaviors, and company initiatives.

6. Ensure compliance with company policies to create a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

1. Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality.
2. Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals.
3. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in retail operations or hospitality.

$25.00 - $30.81 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
