1. Oversee inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment to ensure operational standards are met.
2. Lead visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold the Sephora brand and drive sales.
3. Partner with the team to deliver exceptional client service and contribute to achieving store goals.

1. Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality.
2. Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals.

$26.00 - $34.00 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
