1. Oversee the order fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy and exemplary service.
2. Manage inventory to maintain a well-stocked store environment.
3. Supervise store maintenance to ensure cleanliness and operational efficiency.
4. Lead the setup and execution of sales events and promotional activities.
5. Participate in loss prevention efforts to maintain a secure shopping environment.

1. Prior leadership experience, preferably in retail operations.

5. Flexible availability during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

$23.00 - $28.25 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
