1. Oversee inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment to ensure operational standards are met.
2. Lead visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold Sephora’s brand and drive sales.
3. Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional client service and achieve store goals.
4. Guide and train team members, fostering a culture of inclusivity and teamwork.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies to create a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
6. Manage flexible scheduling and ensure reliability, particularly during peak retail operations.

1. Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality.
2. Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals.
3. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

4. Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.

Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality.

$26.00 - $34.00 per hour, dependent on qualifications, experience, and location.
