1. Oversee inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment to ensure operational standards are met.
2. Lead visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold Sephora’s brand and drive sales.
3. Partner with the team to deliver exceptional client service and contribute to achieving store goals.
4. Guide and train team members, fostering their development in operational processes, selling behaviors, and performance metrics.
5. Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork, empowering all team members.
6. Ensure adherence to company policies and create a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

1. Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality.
2. Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals.
3. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
4. Effective time management and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.

$28.00 - $36.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
