1. Oversee all operational aspects of the store, ensuring adherence to company standards.
2. Directly manage the Operations team, including staffing and performance assessments.
3. Lead inventory management processes, including shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
4. Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company standards.
5. Manage supply budgets and maintain appropriate stock levels of supplies, testers, and samples.
6. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors on the sales floor.
7. Develop and implement budget strategies, focusing on sales performance and operational expenses.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role within a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Strong store operations skills.
2. Proven ability to influence and provide feedback to peers.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar operational leadership role.
