2. Manage the inventory processes including shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
3. Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company guidelines.
4. Supervise in-house and third-party cleaning crews, providing necessary feedback and coaching.
5. Maintain budget and supply levels for store operations.
6. Participate in performance management and development of the operations team.
7. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors.
8. Develop and implement budget strategies, focusing on sales performance and expense management.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.

2. Proven ability to influence and provide feedback to peers.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.

Candidates must possess a minimum of three years of experience in a similar capacity within a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
