1. Oversee all operational aspects of a specific Sephora store location, including direct management of the Operations team.
2. Ensure execution of all operations-focused processes according to company standards.
3. Manage store inventory, including shipping, receiving, returning merchandise, and cycle counting.
4. Maintain visual merchandising standards and manage cleaning crews to adhere to agreed-upon standards.
5. Oversee supply management, ensuring budget and quantity of supplies, testers, and samples are maintained.
6. Participate in performance management of the operations team, providing timely feedback and development opportunities.
7. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor.
8. Develop budget strategies and demonstrate expertise in store sales performance, staffing, and controllable expenses.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
