Sephora Operations Lead

1. Support all operations-related aspects of a specific Sephora store location.
2. Directly manage all members of the Operations team.
3. Oversee staffing of the operations, overnight stock team, and operations leadership team.
4. Ensure execution of all operations-focused processes for the store.
5. Manage inventory, including shipping, receiving, and returning merchandise.
6. Conduct cycle counting and ensure all processes are completed within company guidelines.
7. Manage visual merchandising concepts and on-stage visuals to company standards.
8. Oversee in-house and third-party cleaning crews, providing feedback and coaching.
9. Manage supply budget and maintain appropriate quantities of supplies, testers, and samples.
10. Participate in performance management for the operations team.
11. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor.
12. Develop budget strategies and demonstrate understanding of store sales performance.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.

3. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
