Sephora Operations Lead

1. Lead and manage all operations-related aspects of the store, ensuring adherence to company standards.
2. Oversee inventory management, including shipping, receiving, and returning merchandise, as well as cycle counting.
3. Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company standards and manage cleaning crews to maintain store presentation.
4. Manage supply budgets and maintain appropriate levels of supplies, testers, and samples.
5. Participate in performance management of the operations team, providing timely feedback and coaching.
6. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors on the sales floor.
7. Develop budget strategies and demonstrate expertise in store sales performance, staffing, and payroll management.

1. Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
2. Strong store operations skills.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.

Compensation ranges between CAD$22.85 - CAD$28.55 per hour, with potential performance-based bonuses.
