Sephora Operations Lead

1. Oversee all operational aspects of the store, ensuring compliance with company standards.
2. Directly manage the Operations team, including staffing and performance management.
3. Ensure inventory management processes are executed efficiently, including shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
4. Maintain visual merchandising standards and manage third-party cleaning crews.
5. Manage supply budgets and ensure adequate stock of supplies, testers, and samples.
6. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors on the sales floor.
7. Develop and implement budget strategies, focusing on sales performance and controllable expenses.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
2. Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.

1. Strong store operations skills.
2. Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

Compensation ranges between CAD$22.85 - CAD$28.55, dependent on qualifications and experience.
