1. Lead and manage all operational aspects of the store, ensuring adherence to company standards.
2. Oversee inventory management, including shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
3. Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company standards and manage cleaning crews.
4. Maintain supply management, ensuring appropriate budget and quantities of supplies, testers, and samples.
5. Participate in performance management and development of the operations team, providing feedback and coaching.
6. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors on the sales floor.
7. Develop budget strategies and demonstrate strong understanding of store sales performance and expenses.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

Compensation ranges between CAD$22.40 - CAD$26.35, depending on qualifications and experience.
