1. Oversee all operational aspects of the store, ensuring compliance with company standards.
2. Directly manage the operations team, including staffing and performance management.
3. Ensure efficient inventory management, including shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
4. Maintain visual merchandising standards and manage cleaning crews.
5. Oversee supply management, ensuring appropriate stock levels of supplies, testers, and samples.
6. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors on the sales floor.
7. Develop and implement budget strategies, focusing on sales performance and expense management.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
2. Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
3. Strong understanding of store operations and inventory management.
